Canada with Andrew


	Canada with Andrew June 27 to July 2, 2008


	For this trip, I flew from Fresno to Salt Lake City and stayed one night, compliments of the airline (for messing up my reservation). I flew the next day to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Andrew and I were going to watch the rodeo and then drive through the Columbia Icefields of the Canadian Rockies.

Andrew met me at the airport and drove straight to the rodeo. I had wanted to relax a bit after the travel (which always makes me nauseous), but I still enjoyed the events. We watched a few hours on Saturday and then several hours on Sunday.

Sunday after the rodeo, we drove west into the Rockies for our Great Icefields Adventure. I am truly awed by the Canadian Rockies.

	On Tuesday we arrived in Edmonton, and Andrew drove me to the city host's house for the night. We were running late, but Jamie graciously welcomed me anyway. And I even had to leave at 4:30 in the morning to catch my flight home. Thank you, Jamie!
