Our city host for Brussels actually lives in Leuven, about twenty minutes away.  Wim has an amazing two story home with a roof top patio that overlooks the town of Leuven.

Wim was a gracious host.  He took us for a very pleasant stroll around his town, and then we sat at a sidewalk table and watched people walking past as we shared some drinks and talk.  It was a great time.  Thank you, Wim!

Yes, more food.  This time it was Belgian Fries with mayonnaise.  Johnny and I both agree that this was our favorite food of the entire trip (other than chocolates, of course).
