I sold the candy vending business that I have had for over ten years.  I had tried in the past a couple times to sell it, but no one was interested at the time.  I wasn't even trying to sell it when one of my computer business clients said he wanted it.  A week later, he owned it.

My computer business has been growing so nicely that I haven't really had the time to devote to the candy vending business, and I had been accumulating extra machines here at home for quite some time.  It is nice to have someone able to put those machines out on location.
