I again purchased a
property this year in the hopes of making a profit. One of my friends has called me a Land Baron. Oh, I don't make much on each profit, but I enjoy this kind of work. As you can see, this one doesn't look like much now. Give me a couple of months, though, and I can get it cleaned up and sell it for a decent profit. This is the first time I have bought property that was not just bare land. There is a mobile home on this four acres, but it belongs to the
present tenants. I will make an offer on it, but more likely they will end up taking it with them when they move. Too bad they won't take all the other "stuff" on the property, too. |
