This was the first time I ever played craps.  My first experience was great.  I had heard there was a way to gain free entry to a craps tournament, and so I went to the Hilton to learn more about it.  I merely had to bet and win a specific bet for a specific amount, and I would get a five hundred dollar entry into the tournament.  I made the bet several times before I won.  While I was pointing out that I had won that bet and wanted the entry form, the same bet won again.  That bet pays big, so that I ended up winning over a hundred and forty dollars.  I continued to play for awhile and walked away with a profit of $99, as well as the entry to September's Craps Tournament.

I played several sessions at different casinos during this trip, some as a winner and in some I lost.  I came out a winner overall, with a profit of one whole dollar, plus of course the tourney entry.  I very much enjoy this game.  I never like losing, and so I always limit my bankroll to forty or fifty dollars.  I have always come away from Vegas a winner, though as you can tell from my winning this trip, not always by much.

Craps is a social game, and I guess that is what I like about it.  Everyone is rooting for each other, because we all want the same roll on the dice.  At one table, I ended up being next to two drunk women, and they were no fun.  I simply walked away from that table, turned around and joined the next table.

These are my cryptic notes from the trip:
