While he was in California, he stopped for a visit in Coarsegold.  This gave us an opportunity to have some very good discussions and to see some of the local sights.

One such stop was at Coarsegold's souvenir shop, The Yosemite Gallery.  The owner, Lorena, took time out of her day to talk and joke with us.   She is much fun, and if you ever get a chance to visit her gallery, be sure to tell her Dave C says, "Hi."  *smile*  (Note:  The store closed its doors December31, 2004.)

Mike enjoyed checking out the local gas stations.  He even spent some time at the newest (not yet completed) station in Oakhurst.  He may be opening a California division of Vedrum.
