Fresno Dome is one of the many geologic rock formations for which the Sierra is famous. It thrusts out of the surrounding forest to a height of 7540 feet. It is a popular local rock climbing area, and there are many routes which run up the east face. There is also an easy trail that climbs up the north side of the peak. | |||||||||||||
