Jackass Lake is an enjoyable and rather easy hike. There are actually multiple lakes, the number of which depends on the season. Lower Jackass, the one pictured here, is the only one which is accessible by a maintained trail. To reach the others, one needs to do some cross-country travel, sometimes called "bushwacking". |
